Five Wise Women
THE STORY BEHIND THE ART
Five Wise Women is a celebration of women who are ready—women who walk with purpose and are prepared for what lies ahead. The original artwork was created in mixed media and acrylic, incorporating vintage papers and sheet music.
Each woman is different, yet they walk together, carrying lamps filled with enough oil for the journey. The glowing lamps speak of wisdom, preparation, hope, and the importance of being ready even when we don't know how long the wait may be.
For me, Five Wise Women is a picture of women moving forward with intention—wise, prepared, and ready for what is to come.
